ABOUT
Hi, I’m Will and I’ve spent the last 15 years immersed in filmmaking. After graduating uni with a first-class honours degree in Film and Television Production in 2013, I’ve been building a career in post-production, working across a wide range of formats and platforms.

My filmmaking journey started when I grabbed a MiniDV camera to capture my friends whilst skateboarding. The real magic happened once I dropped the footage into Windows Movie Maker. Playing around with the edit, rearranging clips, adding music, and experimenting with effects. Safe to say I was completely hooked. As someone who’s dyslexic, editing became a powerful way for me to communicate ideas and express myself in a way that felt natural and authentic to me.
From documentaries and commercials, to music videos and branded content, I’ve had the absolute privilege to work with brands including Nike, Land Rover, McDonald’s, and Dulux, as well as charities such as Movember, Macmillan Cancer Support, and Cancer Research UK. I’ve also created content for major international sporting events, including the Rugby World Cup, the Volvo Ocean Race, and the Marathon des Sables. These projects and experiences have shaped my approach to storytelling, allowing me to understand how to craft clear, engaging narratives that connect with audiences.

I’m particularly drawn to projects that combine strong human stories with thoughtful craft.

Alongside editing, I’ve developed a broad and adaptable post-production skill set, with experience in motion graphics, colour grading, and sound design. This skill set allows me to approach projects holistically, ensuring every element supports the overall narrative.

In addition to getting stuck into the hands-on creative work, I’m often responsible for post-production infrastructure and processes. From investing in new technology and designing efficient workflows to producing estimates and overseeing delivery, I also proudly mentor other editors, helping to maintain consistently high-quality output across a wide range of campaigns.
